Shipping Policy

Because every item in our store is made to order specifically for you, products undergo a production window before they are handed off to transit carriers.

Total estimated delivery times are calculated as:

1. Production & Fulfillment Times

Before an order ships, it must be printed, bound, or manufactured.

  • Apparel, Drinkware, Accessories & Merch: 2 to 5 business days

  • Books, Magazines & Bound Print Materials: 3 to 5 business days (up to 7 business days during peak seasonal periods)

2. Estimated Transit & Delivery Times

Once your item finishes production, it is dispatched via standard or express courier. Delivery estimates depend on the product category and your delivery address:

Apparel, Accessories & General Merchandise

  • Domestic (US / UK / EU / AU): 2 to 5 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 5 to 15 business days

Books & Bound Print Products

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (Domestic) | 8 to 15 business days (International)

  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (Domestic) | 3 to 6 business days (International)

3. Split Shipments

If your order includes both books/publications and apparel/accessories, your items will be produced in separate facilities to ensure maximum quality control. Items will ship as they become ready, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.

4. Order Tracking & Customs

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be dispatched as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or local VAT applied by your country's customs office upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot alter delivery addresses once an item has entered active production.
